THE ULTIMATE INDULGENCE
‘Dinner Parties’ in the dining room are an occasion for relaxed
enjoyment of the company, conversation, food and wines. The Irish Georgian
table has witnessed plenty of good jokes and laughter, robust debate, and
new friendships.
Our Chef, Leo Hollingshead selects the best
regional ingredients to create a seasonal menu. Where ever possible we
are happy to indulge your food preferences, and when booking we will ask
you if there is anything you cannot, or prefer not to eat. See
sample
menus for some examples.
Weather permitting, sundowners can be enjoyed on
‘Maslin's Lookout’, which enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside
and forest.
Breakfast
is served in the kitchen—most opting for the fully cooked option, in spite
of declarations the night before of only requiring a little cereal or
fruit in the morning!
